Terms and Conditions
All communications regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be directed to Greet Travels.
Booking
Upon confirmation of booking, your contract is with Greet Travels. A contract is established when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit amount from you.
Payment
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Greet Travels. The deposit is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis.
Balance Payment
The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the service date is considered a late booking, and the full and final payment is required at the time of booking itself.
Note: For special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking itself. In some cases, after the 50% advance payment to confirm bookings, additional advance may be required before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor/supplier’s payment deadline.
Mode of Payment
International clients can make payments using the following methods:
- Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
- Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
- Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
- Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.
- App Transfer like Wire, Wise, Payoneer, Paypal Etc.
Note: In case of payment through credit/debit card, a 3% bank charge will be levied on the total amount. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges for remittance would be borne by the payer.
Special Note
Greet Travels employees or agents will not request your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. Please do not act on such requests. Report such incidents to
- Foreign nationals – copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.
- Non-Resident Indians (NRI) – copy of passport.
- Overseas Indian clients with OCI/PIO card – copy of passport and OCI/PIO card.
- Domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport.
- Check-In Timings: 1200 – 1500 Hours (Early arrival subject to availability)
- Check-Out Timings: 1000 – 1200 Hours (Late check-outs on request and subject to availability/payment)
Extra Usage of Vehicle
The cost of extra vehicle usage after transfer or sightseeing is not included in the services.
- After finalization, any increase in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges will be charged extra.
- Rates are based on negotiations with hotels, airlines, etc., and are subject to change without notice.
- Itineraries are sample itineraries, and we reserve the right to amend aspects without notice for safety, comfort, or other reasons.
- We are not responsible for delays, changes, or expenses due to natural hazards, government actions, or any causes beyond our control.
- Visitors are advised to seek insurance for accident, sickness, theft, etc., in their home country.
- We reserve the right to cancel services if impracticable, with a refund.
Force Majeure
Neither Greet Travels nor the client shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes will be subject to Agra Courts.
