Cancellation Policy

All communications regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be directed to Greet Travels.

Booking
Upon confirmation of booking, your contract is with Greet Travels. A contract is established when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit amount from you.

Payment
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s Greet Travels. The deposit is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis.

Balance Payment
The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the service date is considered a late booking, and the full and final payment is required at the time of booking itself.

Note: For special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking itself. In some cases, after the 50% advance payment to confirm bookings, additional advance may be required before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor/supplier’s payment deadline.

Mode of Payment
International clients can make payments using the following methods:

  • Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
  • Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
  • Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.
  • App Transfer like Wire, Wise, Payoneer, Paypal Etc.

Note: In case of payment through credit/debit card, a 3% bank charge will be levied on the total amount. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges for remittance would be borne by the payer.

Special Note
Greet Travels employees or agents will not request your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. Please do not act on such requests. Report such incidents to

Policy Regarding Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure
Each tour has its own cancellation policy (as stated on the description page). In the absence of a specific policy, the following will be applied:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The company deducts processing charges from the refund which is to be paid to the guest. In case if any Tour is cancelled from the Company’s end, then the full refund of amount paid by the guest will be made within 7 working days of cancellation of the tour by same mode of payment. Alternatively, the guest can take any other Tour option suggested by the Travel Company or can utilize the tour amount paid for any of the company’s future tour.

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the tour cost will be charged as retention.
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost will be charged as retention.
  • 7 Days prior to arrival: 70 % of the Tour cost will be charged as retention.
  • Less than 7 Days or No Show: 100% of the Tour cost will be charged as retention NO REFUND.

Refund
Unused/unutilized services’ refund will be based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Refunds may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges, if any, will be debited from the refund amount.

Force Majeure
Neither Greet Travels nor the client shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes will be subject to Agra Courts.
